What is the Vosges ridges shuttle (Navette des Crêtes) ?

The Navette des Crêtes is a comfortable bus service linking the peaks of the Grand Ballon to Lac Blanc. This summer public transport service provides access to the crests and major points of interest of the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park without the need for a car. You can reach the shuttle from Colmar, Munster, Mulhouse, Thann, Remiremont, Gérardmer, Epinal and Saint-Dié-des-Vosges on the Fluo bus network.

Why choose the Navette des Crêtes?

  1. Respect for the environment: Opting for the Navette des Crêtes considerably reduces your carbon footprint compared with using a car. It’s a concrete gesture to protect our beautiful mountains.

  2. Affordable fare: With a single fare of €4 per trip, this service is not only practical but also economical. Additional discounts are available for groups and on presentation of a train ticket for the day.

  3. Convenience and flexibility: online ticketing makes it easy to plan your trips. You can also transport your own bike by prior arrangement, although electrically-assisted bikes are not accepted.
