In Colmar, we are gourmets and there is always an opportunity to taste a particular dish: we enjoy local specialties, including the famous sauerkraut and other dishes unpronounceable for those who were not born here (Fleischnackas, Flammenkuchen, Baekaoffe), accompanied naturally by Alsatian wine.
