We do not offer a 24/7 reception or a standardized service, but rather genuine availability, personalized attention, and the pleasure of welcoming travelers to a place with a soul. Maison 1934 is located next to the train station—the perfect base for exploring Colmar and Alsace with ease. Some may consider a one-kilometer walk to the city center an expedition. We believe a short stroll is a wonderful way to discover the city and appreciate its charm! And for those who prefer not to walk, a free electric shuttle departs directly from the station. Everyone at their own pace!

There is no 24/7 reception, but everything is thoughtfully organised so you can enjoy your stay with complete autonomy, while still benefiting from comfort and personalised support.
We love to welcome our guests in person. That’s why we ask for your arrival and departure times, and we appreciate you confirming them as your stay approaches.
To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, a few simple guidelines apply:

→ Check-in from 4:00 PM (early check-in available on request and subject to availability).
→ Check-out before 11:00 AM (late check-out possible on request and subject to availability, with a €30 supplement).
Early arrivals and late departures depend on our availability and housekeeping schedule. We will do our best to accommodate your requests! ✨
🔑 Key Return
→ Do you already know what time you plan to leave? Let us know if we can come and say goodbye! 👋
→ Otherwise, simply leave the key in the external door lock before you go.
🚗 Parking
→ Large free parking area right in front of the house. 🅿️
→ Blue zone parking (3 hours free with a parking disc, available on request).

The delicate original 1930s parquet flooring has been fully restored. ✨
To preserve it and ensure better hygiene, we kindly ask you to remove your shoes indoors.

If you want to visit Colmar and its surroundings, Anne's apartment is the perfect place. Very well located near the station (quiet area), and its large free parking, you will appreciate a decoration full of flowers and colors, a large living room very well arranged and equipped, a modern bathroom and a large room with a very comfortable bedding. Anne takes great care of her guests and makes sure that everything is perfect! We will keep a wonderful memory of it and highly recommend this place for a stay in Alsace.
